Coccidiosis? Now I’m Not Sure

About a week now my chicks have been off Corid cause I thought they had coccidiosis. Now they have red in there poo again. They only eat chick grower and not free ranged. Could it be something else. They all act healthy and fly all over you when you put there food in. I’m ready to give up. Please help. Pics included of the abnormal poo and one of my babies attacking there food. Thanks for any help

that looks like intestinal lining (quite normal, and healthy), not blood. Free ranging would probably do them a lot of good; that pen floor has nothing positive to offer them.
