coccidiosis?

Hey guys! so my flock is about five weeks old almost fully feathered in holy crap my babies are growing fast, anyways thought I spotted signs of the dreaded coccidiosis in one, so I went and got medicated feed, I have thirty youngins plus ten three week old turkeys who get along great with the chickens, anyways, it may have been just a ruddy brown poop, did I make a mistake letting them eat medicated feed? I got the chickens from Hoover's hatchery and the turkeys from Ideal poultry if that matters.

If they get cocci medicated feed won't help them.
