Coccidiosis?

I bought some new chicks and suspect cocci. Three chicks dead in two days. One had a little blood on its vent. But never noticed any in its droppings. They would sit under the brooder with there wings dropping down, eyes closed. Wouldn’t eat or drink or walk. Would fall over when bumped by another chick and to weak to get back up. I had them on medicated feed and vitamin water. Is this cocci or could it be something else. There 1 week old and I want to save the rest. Please help.

I’ve started corid and took away the medicated feed and vitamin water.
