Cochin CAN walk…. but doesn’t?

Hi all. I have a 1 week old splash Cochin whom I thought was just super laid back but I’m beginning to wonder if something is wrong. She hardly walks. She CAN walk, but she doesn’t typically go far and she flaps her wings as she goes as if she’s trying to get momentum? She might look a little stiff legged when she walks? She’s eating and drinking just fine with normal stools. She goes to the food and water on her own which is on the other side of the brooder away from the heat lamp. The problem is, other than getting food and water she just lays around. She doesn’t run if I go to pick her up, she doesn’t spook when the rest of chicks do and will just lay there and get run over by the others at times. Other than this issue, she seems healthy. What is going on?

In the meantime, I'd start giving her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

I second the B complex or super B complex tablet 1/4 tab daily. That can really help in leg issues. It doesn’t look like anything easily seen with her legs, but sometimes a leg bone deformity may become more obvious later.

Cute chick!
Nothing stands out to me either. I'd try the vitamins and see if those help.
Encourage her to move about a little and to get up to eat/drink.
Make sure that her flooring is not slippery.
