This is my newest addition "The Colonel". I picked him up about 2 weeks ago and I LOVE him [IMG] He is a very gentle rooster to people and his hens. Now the question... He was in a coop with about 5 other roos who picked up him and his tail is pretty thin, will this grow back over time he is an older roo at least 3 years old? My chickens don't pick at his tail or on him at all he is in with my silkie roo but they do fine together. I am really beginning to love cochins in genral I now have 3.

His tail should grow back and he looks to be a standard.

I thought so but just checking thanks, he seems to be losing more than he is growing
