Cochin sex question- Dipsy please look =)

    So is there any chance this little one is a pullet? S/he is about 8 weeks old now and although there is some red (more pinkish) color to the comb, all its hatchmates have big red combs and bigger waddles already. I assumed it was a roo but now am wondering:

    Vote both pullets. Cochin pullets tend to have a bit redder combs/wattles than other breeds I've found.

    After reading this thread I feel there might be hope for some of my cochin chicks. I have 10 blue and 10 birchen. I can see 3 definite birchen roos by their feathering and markings. 1 is questionable to me. The one's I'm having a harder time with are the blues. It looks like 8 roos right now. YIKES!!! LOL
