Cochin x Red-Sex Link?

Has anyone ever bred a Cochin rooster to red-sex link hens? I know the laying ability follows the sire (I'm used to horses, sorry) so the pullets wouldn't lay as well as "Mom."

I have other cochin crosses- they usually end up "booted" like dad, but have normal (tight rather) feathering like mom. The females favor mom's laying ability as well. I have yet to see if they inherit any kind of cochin broodiness.
