Cochin??

I picked up this lil fella at Southern States yesterday. They told me he was a blue cochin and was born in the Spring. I am not very familiar with the breed, but I thought they were bigger. This guy is tiny. Smaller than my hens. He does not have the robust loud crowing like most roosters, plus he leaves off a few notes at the end, lol...

Is he a Cochin? If not, what breed is he?

Thanks guys! He is a cutie. He thinks he is hotstuff, especially when he was having his crow off this morning with a neighboring rooster
