Cochins and Silkies?

    Which are bigger? Do Cochins lay more/bigger eggs than Silkies? I am just curious!

    Cochins are definitely bigger... I don't know about eggs though, I don't have any silkies... I think they're funny looking....[​IMG]

    There are bantam cochins. I'm not sure of the weight comparison but even bantam cochins will look bigger because of their fluffy feathers. You pick them up and they fell really small.

    Standard cochins look like giganto-chickens because of their fluffy feathers.
