Cock or Hens?

Hi there, Can someone please help me in identifying what sex these 4 chicks/chickens are? they are 12 weeks old now & i am still none the wiser there are 2x Lavender Orpingtons and 2 Vorwerks.

Chook No3: this LO has a different tail to the first one & Feathered up late.

Hmmm... No. 1 Looks like a hen, No.2 is a hen, No.3 looks like a hen, and number four is a hen.

At only 12 weeks, I'm thinking the Orps are both cockerels. Not too familiar with Vorwerks, but I think they're both pullets.

Hi, I got my Vorwerks off of E-bay as Fertile hatching eggs.

Thank you, its the Orps that i can't tell with mainly as one has more of a square tail, and slightly longer hackles, whilst the other one (chook 3) has a more rounded looking tail but larger wattles and he/she feathered up last. which makes me think it's a he.

As for the Vorwerks what ever sex they may be, they are both the same as.

If these are hens, when would they start laying their first eggs?

I agree, they all look like pullets. The Orps should start to lay any time after 18 weeks. So far my luck has been around 23 weeks.
