cockeral picking on pullet

Hi. I've got a silver laced cochin cockeral that is pecking and chasing a fizzled bantam pullet. He has taken to a speckled Sussex pullet and two silkie chicks as his flock. He ignores an ee pullet and a lavender orpington pullet but activity chases the frizzle. The poor frizzle wants nothing more to be over in his flock. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately that is normal cockeral behavior, I personally will pen my young roosters up for a couple of months until they matures a bit and calms down if any are doing this as it drives me crazy. He is trying to exert his dominance and control over the hens and they usually do it to the lowest on the pecking order and then they work their way up.

OK thanks. Every day I let them out to free range so hopefully having space will help minimize her getting picked on.
