I think they are Old English game bantams or mixes of that breed. Standards are different for OEGBs depending on which country you are from. Here, they shouldn't have yellow bills or toe nails, but in some other countries that is perfectly acceptable.

i’m in the US, They’re feral chickens that roams freely in the streets.
