How much of a +/- are we talking about with the "give or take" on the age?
    I am leaning both pullets.

Closer to two month then three... I see how its head feather color is so much lighter then the other.

That much red in the fact at 8 weeks vs 12 weeks is an important factor - any chance you know their age in weeks? The red face aside, I don't see any sort of significant comb or wattle development showing on either bird and no significant difference in pattern, etc....but, again, the amount seen could have totally different indications depending on the actual age of the bird.

    Should read "face" not "fact"
