Cockerel or Pullet? Black (Blue) Ameraucana

Hi All, ordered a sexed pullet Ameraucana and I think she is in fact a he. I'm new to owning chickens and looking for your help. Thoughts? The he/she is 13 weeks old and have not heard crow.

That’s going to be an impressive rooster when he grows up. I just increased my EE flock and was hoping to get an EE rooster that color but couldn’t find one.

Definitely a young cockerel. I'd also suspect the Ameraucana part as it isn't pure Black.
