Cockoo Maran - him or her?

Hi - I have 14 week old Cockoo Maran that I got from the local feed store as a baby chick. While they were sold 90% female, I am getting a bit suspicious on this one. Any insights / opinions on the gender (she does not crow but her tail feathers have become a bit long in the last 2 weeks). Thanks

Barring/coloring, and I think I can make out male saddle feathers make me lean cockerel.
