Cold Climate Chicken Keepers -- what is your deworming regimen?

Any advice would be appreciated. We've already had frost here, winter will follow shortly (we usually see snow a time or two before Halloween) and snow will remain until at least April (we had plenty of snow in May here this year).

You would probably only need to worm once a year, at the start of spring. However, it would be best to bring a few fecal samples all at once to your vet to be looked at under a microscope for oocycsts.
