Hi I am pretty new to this chick thing and am please to say that my broody hen has hatched out 3 of 5 chicks! There are 2 eggs still intact with today being day 21. The only thing is that when I checked the eggs today one of them was cold. I din't know how long it had been like it but am really worried that the chick inside has died from being too cold. I put it back underneath the hen in a hope that it might survive but somehow I don't think it will. She seems far more concerned in keeping the hatched chicks warm rather than the 2 eggs that are left. The other egg is still warm so am still hopeful. Any advice?
is there a way of 'candling' the egg to see what's happening inside?
thanks!

thanks!
