Cold freaky eyes

    Why do these birds have such dead, scary, cold stares?

    Does it disturb anyone else, or is it just me?

    wow, silkie, that is an amazing picture!!! What kind of camera do you have to do that quality?
    BTW, mine have far from scarey stares. Mine give me the "oooo where's our treats" stare!!! [​IMG]

    I snatched him from his ladies and put the camera in his face! There's more where that one came from too!

    My brother does say that the roosters always have the same expression on their faces.

    I agree about the eyes. When one particular chicken of mine is up on the highest roost in the coop and I look up at her, it's scary. She just sits there, looking down at me. I just picture her shooting off the roost like a missle and stabbing me in the face wtih her pointy beak!
