Millie my 4 week old silver lace wyandotte is sick. I took her and Penny outside today..it was cool...but they are pretty much feathered...(but Penny is much bigger) and when I went out to get them...Millie was standing in the corner...I took her in and put her in her cage and she kind of fell over...her crop is very full...so I am wondering..did she just get too cold or is her crop impacted. I separated her and put her under a heat lamp....gave her some oil just in case...and massaged her crop. She just sits....she can stand now..which she couldn't before...but she is very lethargic. Could she have just gotten chilled. I hope I haven't killed her...I will just feel horrible. Penny is just fine...but she is twice as big, cuz she is a week older. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd bring them both in and keep a really close eye on Millie.
To see if her crop is impacted, you can take away her food and check to see if her crop is full tomorrow morning...If it's empty, then she's not impacted.
If you're anywhere near as cold as where I am, she could've gotten a chill...especially if it's windy too.
The heat light is a good idea. If she's too cold she'll also fluff up.
Watch her for sneezing, coughing or wheezing.

Well...she is fluffed up....but she is seeming a little more alert..so i am hoping she just got to cool. SHe settled down and is sleeping now..and I am also hoping that she just got worn out because she was chilled. She pooped and it was all just white...is that something to worry about? I have had chickens for a year...but this is the first problem I have run into.
