My two ducks are fully grown and have been laying eggs for a few weeks. It recently has gotten very cold, up to freezing temperatures. Will my two ducks be fine in the cold? I have been bringing them inside because I don't know what two ducks will be able to handle.

Our ducks have a winterized house inside a closed pen that they go in each night. There is a 100 watt lightbulb in the center that is on all the time now that it's cold. It keeps them toasty warm. You have to give them a place to get their feet off the cold ground and a warm spot out of the wind. [IMG]

Ducks are fine in the cold....Straw down to keep them off the cold ground...Warm bedding in their house....It is wind Ducks do not like....The only time I bring my Ducks into the garage and under a heat lamp is when the temps drop bellow -24 Celsius.......

    Cheers!
