What color and breed would you consider him?

He is a red-sexlink rooster. Being a cross there is not really a name for his colour. I call'em cream with brown highlights....

Red Sexlink for sure. The males are white with cream/red leakage and the females are red with a little white leakage.

X2... I think sometimes they are called Red Shouldered, although yours doesn't have red shoulders I think they usually do.
