Color pac a roo?

Hello,
Is this chicken a roo? The comb and face is a lot redder than the other color pac chicken we have, which is the same age. Also the chicken had a stripe down it's back as a chick, which understand is how you sex the chicks (hens have a strip down their back, roos are solid yellow)

Hello, 10 weeks old.

That's a lot of red in the comb for 10 weeks, and I'm leaning towards cockerel, but it's still possible it could be a pullet. Can you post more pictures in two or three weeks?
