I would like to maybe start working on a color project for a group of silkies and a group of Standard Cochins. What is a color that is an easier one to work on at first for a cochin group and a silkie group?

    Thank you! [IMG]

Well we would need more information for that question. What color are you trying to acheive?

I am not sure. I was looking if anyone had an idea on a color that is an easier one to work on at first. [IMG]

I guess we need a bit more detail about what you are wanting to do--work on existing colours, bring new colours into the breeds, create pink & purple polka dotted birds with green striped wings?

    Oh.Okay. [IMG]
I would love to bring a new color to the breed, but how would I go about doing that?Or maybe I could just help expand on an already existing color that is rare? What colors are already existing? Sorry that I was lacking basic information needed in the original post. Thank you for everyone's feedback! [IMG]

How would I start? Or what colors do I need to start with?
