What breeds mix could this color variety on my 5 months old Polish hen imply?

There is an old saying, describing a desolate place so far back in the hills, (as politely as possible), that the hoot owls and the turkey buzzards have a special relationship. Is it possible this is the offspring? :)

I suppose ya know betta..... so yes, it is most definitely possible :)

That's an odd one. Looks like some mottling gene is present but also see laced/penciled feathers?

Yes, there are silver laced feathers, too. It resembles to me kind of silver braekel breed color..I have a bantam hen also from the same farm with the same color and a silkie chick that unfortunately passed away that had the same color on its back

Diluted Silver Spangled pattern with evidence of partridge genes as well "penciling on wings". I'm thinking more along the lines of a Silver Spitzhauben mix myself. I'm not seeing any laced feathers myself.

Yes, I think you re on point. It's more "silver penciled" than "silver laced"..It clearly bares a resemblance to a Silver Spitzhauben
