colorful eggs (pictures)

I just liked the look of this basket of eggs sitting on the hearth, and snapped a couple of pictures.

In this first one, the colors are a bit saturated, I guess to compensate for the flash washing them out?

This shows the colors true to reality--the ones that look "pink" are just light brown Buff Orpington pullet eggs that have a light chalky-white layer of something over the regular egg color. But aren't they pretty?

I sure can't wait to have green eggs!!! So pretty.

I'd love it if we could keep the "pink" ones, but I'm betting that's just temporary. Darn it.

Hey, based on the results of my recent hatch, do you think I should bump up the temp on the quail eggs? We've been keeping them at 102 according to our Accurite, but the Orp eggs were done the same way, and we only got a 20% hatch.
