Columbian or Splash Cochin frizzle?

I have yet to figure out what color my cochin frizzle is. I'm 99.9999% sure she is a pullet. Daisy is a straight run chick, but still has a very tiny yellow comb. I believe she is around 7 weeks this week, but also very slow to feather. Thanks.

Where I bought her, they said splash. However, she has way too many dark feathers to be a splash. I did trim her foot feathers this past weekend. They were really too long and getting dirty.

Here she is, I hope you can help me figure out her color.

Could be a columbian/silver laced cross. I have no idea if that's what that cross would look like. But that's an awful lot of black on the back for a columbian and the lacing is really poor for a silver laced.

Silver laced is a dark chest, mine has a white chest.

What about a blue frizzle? The dark color on her is blue. Would hatcheris have mixed colors? I suppose it could be possible.
