Columbian silkie project roo FREE pick up in PA

I was going to use this sweet roo to start a columbian silkie project but my flock will not accept him. He is now being offered for free to a good home. He is for pick up only in Pottstown, PA 19465. I can also deliver him to Pickering Valley Feed in Exton, or to the PA Farm Show in Harrisburg on Saturday Jan 8th.
