Comb turning red at one week???

    Hello all! I just got my babies, they are a week old. They are isa browns, and I was told all pullets. I did notice today this red dot on one of their combs...is that the comb turning red already?? Or perhaps an injury? This is my first chicken journey so I'm clueless. My first thought was oh gosh, is she a rooster? I appreciate your guys' help so much!!! I don't know anyone with chickens![​IMG]

    I don't think you have anything to worry about. That red spot looks like she got pecked. ISA browns are sex linked. She would be white, if she were a he.
