Is it possible to sex 4 week old chicks by the size, shape and color of the comb?

Yes, comb size and color can be an early indicator of gender. The combs of your birds look pullet-y to me.

4th and 5th ones down look like they might be roosters just because their combs are a little bigger, but the rest all look like hens to me.
