    I'm going to say mix as well...

    Probably something along the lines of a White Leghorn (contributes white patterning) crossed with maybe a New Hampshire Red, Buff Orpington, or Rhode Island Red... Of course there might be more mixed in there...

    Your absolutely right,buff barred orpingtons is a mix and they have the same color pattern.There's an post "Buff Orpington x Barred Rock" on here and they have the same color pattern. Much thanks[​IMG]

    Given your comment in the ovation regarding her being a "saved slaughter house" bird I would say Dixie Rainbow/Pioneer type mixed breed.
