About a 3/4 of a mile down my road there is a commercial chicken farm.
I have never seen a chicken on it in 16 years,it is always clean as a pin...The birds are in a big metal building. a few times a year ismell it though or else they are slurring the fields. What a horribe smell...Worse than pig.
How likely is it for those chickens to spread something thru the air to my chickens out in my yard or not likely b/c its commercial. ?
    Just wonder,.

  2. Highly unlikely. Those birds are kept in a "bubble" to prevent disease. Air borne would be difficult. Most diseases would need much, much closer contact for transmission.
