Complain Or Not To The Usps ? Need Advice..THEY GOT HERE

A lady form MN send me a pair of silkied seramas , box was acepted on 10/04/11 up to this point there is no more infomation on th USPS website

tomorrow will be 3 days

should I ask for this shippment to be priced as a priority ?
and ask for a balance refund to the USPS?

Yeah, good luck with that. From the same USPS that delivered eggs 3 times to me priority, going 150 miles
1st time took 7 days.
2nd time took 9 days.
3rd time I paid the seller $20. extra for overnite, and had to take off work to get them.
Out of 27 eggs, 2 hatched, and there's something wrong with both chicks.
I hate USPS.
 
Express is free if no delivery is attempted by the guaranteed date - the sender should ask for a full refund. Also when sending and recieving make sure the package can be left if there is no one to sign for it or you will have to take off from work or drive to PO etc.
 
Are these eggs or birds? I hope eggs I would assume the worst if it were birds. That's a long time.
 
The USPS dosent care if you complain. So a complaint will do no good. You should be able to have them do a search for the parcel tho. GL I hope the birds make it
