Computer People or any other people who know about links?

You know when people say things like "to see my website, click here" or "See my website here: Blablabla" and you click the underlined thing and it takes you to the link? Well how do you do that? Thanks.

I just type my message in the message box. Then I highlight something like how I was proud of my rooster for doing his job . I click on the "Word-Link" button above. It adds some formatting commands around my original text. Then I replace the "YourLinkGoesHere" formatting text with the actual web link http://chickenlytle.blogspot.com/2010/11/earning-his-keep.html.
