Confirm Black Sex Links?

    Finally got a few decent pics of the extra packing peanuts that was added to my order from Ideal. Can anyone confirm them as Black Sex Links? Maybe Ideals own Production Black?

    Interesting, they sure do look like roosters, but they look more like Black Jersey Giants (would also guess Australorps but feet look mostly black/yellow in pics) than Black Sex Links... production blacks could look like anything I guess, but they don't usually seem to have as much white as these chicks.

    Black sex link males would have a white spot on their heads, I don't see that on these chicks.
    I'm not familiar enough with production blacks--if they're a barred bird, then they'd also have the white head spot.
    Those chicks are some non-barred black bird--Australorp is by far the most common.

    I'd guess that they are Australorps or Jersey Giant cockerels.

    After researching Australorps and Jersey Giants, I conclude that they could be either and only time will tell.
