confused about egg laying age

I got some chickens that are 11 to 14 weeks old and today a dog scared them and two of my chickens went up in the wood and was singing what sounded like the egg song. I though this was to early for them to lay but could some of be?

It can be confused as the "danger" call. 11-14 weeks is WAY too young to start laying

After looking I have some that are at about 15 weeks.
