Confused? Does 3 peacomb on Easter Egger mean roo?

I have 2 EE chicks, nearly 4 weeks old, white, gray and black feathers coming in, no mahogany or red yet, but looks like 3 pea comb, not red, no wattle yet. Does 3 pea mean rooster?
