    Hello everyone
I have this young button quail who's gender Iam really confused about. It's got a red tail, so I thought its a male, but then I saw another quail trying to mate with it. What do you guys think?

Seeing the red in the tail plus the bib,I would say male. They both look like males to me.

I don't think its a bib. I feel like that's just the tuxedo mutation causing the white on the chin.

Definite male. Males will mount each other to show dominance. The difference they don't actually mate with them.
