Constipated-ish silkie chick

I have a 3 week old silkie who has had several issues. She strains a little to poop and has a swollen vent. When her poops come out, they aren’t thin like our other chicks, but rather a bigger blob and takes a bit to push it out. I’ve seen a number of threads here on protruding vent - have given her a little coconut oil and used prep H on her. She doesn’t have pasty butt at all, just swollen. Has fresh water with probiotics, food seems well digested.

Could this be a bigger issue internally? Anything else to do or just wait?

I dont think its a huge issue, keep a watch to make sure she doesnt develop pasty butt, and if poop starts getting clogged up there just clean it how you would a pasty butt
