Can you control the size of a hen's brood? Would it be bad to take eggs away from her if you only want her to have a certain amount of chicks? Or would it just be best to let her hatch as many as possible and then give away any chicks you don't want to keep?

[IMG] Many restrict the number of eggs in a hen's clutch as a population control measure.
