    Thanks! It really helps people that are interested in the Heritage breed chickens to have the proper way to cook them like they were meant to be cooked

    You mean I cannot just make fried chicken, chicken and dumplings or roast chicken. Am I missing something?

    Is there suppose to be a different way of cooking it? I thought chicken was just chicken.. just home raised chicken is extra yummy [​IMG]

    Well for one, we don't process our Dual Purpose chicken at 2 months or younger. [​IMG]
