Coop big enough for 8-10 birds

I am looking to make a coop that is big enough to hold 8-10 birds with an attached run what size should the coop and the run be?

Ideally, you want 6+ Sq feet per bird in the coop and 10+ sq feet in the run

Would that also apply to raising pheasants or do they need more space?

That depends on your climate, the size and type of birds and how you intend to manage them. In general: the bigger, the better. You need everything on high ground to avoid water in the run and you want everything as well ventilated as possible.
Pheasants likely need more space. @007Sean can advise.
