Coop Design Questions

Hey all,

I am using basically a dog ear fence. The bottom has a piece of galvanized steel, sunk bout 6" into concrete. The inside is lined with chicken wire. I have not done the roof yet, I'm thinkingchicken wire across the top to keep the raptors out. The door is going to be flush with a concrete slab. Still a work in progress so any input would be great.

Any ideas, anything I should change??

talking about a run or chicken house?

I guess this would be more of an eternal wall with the house inside. I plan on adding some sort of "run" once the main structure is complete. Between the wind and the hungry critters I am trying to make as secure and stable as possible. Rather have too much then not enough.
