Please post pics of your coops that are attached to gardens- but have a complete cage around top and sides for a portion of the garden.
Hawks. Owls. Etc will take them if we let them out w no topper on the cage so we want yo have the coop attached to a section of the garden that has a cage top, then have a lion door like at the zoo where they can get to a fenced in garden w no top while we are in the garden- hopefully no hawks will take them while we are out there?!
This row of potatoes is being decimated by grasshoppers. Hub wants to know if the chickens will eat the veg coming up. This is where our garden is and will be fenced. Currently a caged tiny home is their coop attached to my back deck of my actual home.
I want hub to build them a coop down attached to garden and then they can have a summer home and winter home
Advice? Thoughts? Ideas?
