Hi
This is a problem that I have been having for a long time (like 2-3 years).
My coop descriptions is like this:
2 old rooms and a part of yard
And in the rooms in morning there is only a little light and not enough for them to wake up for at least 1 hour. I decided to put a Fluorescent lamp there to balance their waking hours.
But when they wake and sleep by this lamp, they won’t lay many eggs (my guess is no sunlight and waking by artificial light).
And when I make them to roost outside the room on a stick in yard…they lay fine. But there is problems and that is rain…cold…. etc…
I have read many articles but still confused….
What should I do?
