I wanna plant some pink pampas grass around the coop we're planning to build. That won'y hurt the chickens will it?

I'm planning on some large decorative grasses as well, so I'm looking forward to what experienced chicken keepers have to say. I am hoping it would make nice hiding places for them!

Yea I was thinking they would just love to hide in them. I was also thinking something tropical like the banana plant but I'm not sure how well that would do in North Georgia. [IMG]
But yay for large decorative plants!

A few feet away. We have several cats that hang around by the coops for that purpose:) But maybe not that close just in case...

Mice? Yum for my chickens. At least any our terrier might miss, and that isn't likely....
