This is a very nice coop. It is brand new. I had it professionally made, and just never used it. It cost well over 400 for the lumber and materials alone. It is made from pressure treated lumber. It has two nest boxes, and a perch that runs the top. You can completely enclose the top. The bottom has a run. Also, it has multiple openings on both the top and bottom. The hinges are nicely made and are tough.
