Corid water post coccidiosis

I’ve been doing Corid water for both flocks after some of my older chicks were severely affected. So far everyone has fully recovered and there’s no signs of continued issues. Do I need to a full 21 day treatment or am I being paranoid? They’re receiving medicated feed as well
