Cornish Rock Breeding

    Can you breed two Cornish Rock & get a Cornish Rock or do you have to breed with the base stock?

    From my point of view, you have Cornish type, Rock type and Cornish Rock
    type.

    Cornish Rocks are hybrids so they won't breed true. The hard part is keeping them alive long enough to make it to breeding age.

    Cornish Rocks are a hybrid that do not breed true, most don't live to breeding age due to stress on their hearts.

    What is the Rock that it is crossed with to get this breed?

    A hybrid is an offspring of different species. A Cornish and a Rock are from same specie, chickens, Due to their weight, not breeding easyly, but they
