Coryza: when can I be sure my other chickens are safe? Also how to disinfect bikes?

7 days since we quarantined the sick bird, been very careful, different members of the family take care of the two separate flocks and I cared for the sick hen.

My 2 other EEs have not shown any symptom what so ever (they had been in contact with her very briefly the day before she showed symptoms). My other mixed flock in the front yard has never been in contact with sick chicken nor the other two EEs, they have no symptoms at all.

When is it safe to assume they didn't and will not be getting it?

Also the sick hen was kept near the kid's bikes in a storage room, how do I disinfect their bikes so they can ride through the driveway/yard without contaminating the other chickens?

Thank you in advance. I know there is a lot if info out there already but I am honestly overwhelmed by the volume <blush>

Here's a link for you to read about coryza. The second paragraph at the top has the incubation and course times. It should give you an idea how long your EE's may be "safe" or not.
