Cost of feed for your area? per 50# bag

i just bought 40 KG.. (90 lbs) of layer pellets, for $26. I'm in Ontario, Canada

 

We got 2 50 lb bags about 3 weeks ago...20% layer feed...$16.60 each. They've probably gone up some since though...they said they were going to...that's why we got 2 bags instead of 1, LOL

 

$10 at our local mill for Layer mash. $19 for 100 pounds.

 

Depending on how I mix it and the Grain to Game Bird Feed ratio it runs me from 11.00 for 50 lbs of a 20% protein feed to 15.00 for 50 lbs of 28+ protein feed.

As of now;
Corn 15.00 for 100 pounds
Oats 16.00 for 100 pounds
Whole Roasted Soy Bean 43.00 for 100 pounds
Soy Bean Meal (46%) 28.00 for 100 pounds
5 Grain Scratch 24.00 for 100 pounds
Floating Fish Pellet (32%) 32.00 for 100 pounds
Game Bird Feed (30%) 34.00 for 100 pounds

I buy flock raiser which runs me about $18 per 50 pound bag.

 

Just bought a bag of Purina Layena yesterday at local mill. $17.50 & no tax.

It's all expensive in our neck of the woods. We've not been able to find any feed stores who grind their own. We generally stick with the Kalmbach Feed brand which is a 20% protein.
